Hon. Olive has Over 25 years’ experience in Private, Government and NGO sectors, 15 at senior management with 6 years in the leadership position as Country Director SOS Children’s Villages Uganda, offering strategic direction to over 400 members of staff. She is also the Deputy Director General at Uganda Civil Aviation Authority.

She is the Country Representative SOS Children’s Village Entebbe from May 2014 to date. She has worked in several organizations as Head Marketing and Communications, National Social Security Fund (NSSF); Brand Marketing Manager (NSSF) September 2009 to November 2011; Deputy Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NSSF January 2007 to December 2009; Public Relations Executive NSSF July 2004 to January 2007; Media Manager Nile Breweries Limited July 2002  to July 2004; Brand Manager, Nile Breweries Limited April 1998 to July 2002.

She is An Africa Board Fellow (ABF) with great experience in Leadership, Corporate Governance, strategy, Brand Marketing and Communication.
