Rebecca Babirye is a visionary public health leader with over 15 years of experience steering transformative health initiatives across Uganda. Holding a master's in public health, Rebecca is dedicated to strengthening health systems and empowering communities through evidence-based and gender-responsive programming. She excels at translating strategic donor investment into tangible, measurable community impact and is a proven partnership builder, and advocate for health policy, having successfully secured and managed a diverse portfolio from global institutions, including USAID, The Global Fund, CDC, MOH, UNICEF, UNAIDS/ UNFPA and the European Union, as well as private partners like the Against Malaria Foundation, BASF and Merck for Mothers. Currently, she is leading the integration of climate health initiatives across PACE’s programming, addressing a critical frontier in public health.
Sarah Nshemeire - Mbabazi
Manager Human Resources Administration and Safeguarding
Sarah Nshemeire -Mbabazi has a Masters degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute. She is member of the Human Resource Network and Federation of Ugandan Employees. Has over ten years experience in Management of Employees and has high levels of integrity and interpersonal skills.
